WHO DECIDES WAR offers returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all designer hangtags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
